To ensure that we deliver only the highest quality of products, we have invested heavily in technology and maximizing production capabilities. Our 1 million Sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Kakinada, AP produces over 30,000 square meters of Vitero tiles (GVT, wall tiles, double charged vitrified tiles and more) per day. It also boasts of 2 large gas-fired kilns, and a state-of-the-art nano polishing unit that ensures that all our vitrified tiles acquire the best sheen, surface consistency, and durability. About 60% of all materials used in the tile manufacturing process, including clay and feldspar, are made in-house to ensure quality and consistency.

Our commitment to quality control is enforced through the use of statistical process control (SPC) for each step of the manufacturing process, and by working closely with our raw material suppliers to ensure that all specifications are up to the mark before the material is used. Multiple quality checks are done at every stage to ensure that certain parameters regarding physical and chemical properties are met.
A Tile for Every Space
Different spaces have different functional and aesthetic needs, and this is something we keep in mind while we design our tiles. Wet areas like kitchens and bathrooms require anti-skid tiles to prevent slipping, and they also need to be stain-resistant and easy to clean. Similarly, commercial areas see high foot traffic and need tiles that are extremely durable. Wall tiles are more decorative in nature, and thus require excellent attention to detail across a wide range of designs.
At the end of the day, your tiles need to look good, serve their function, be easy to maintain, and last for years without fading or chipping.
